Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

I really liked the quality of the detail on the back side with the tape and the way it was stretched... Looks very good. I will definately be ordering from them on a regular basis.
Norm Peters Photography, Edmonton | Terrific Mosaic effect I received the print of my order and it is terrific. I know the mosaic aspect is not perfect but it serves my purpose very well. In fact I would like to place a second order using the same mosaic pictures and a different main photo.

They are exactly how I envisioned my final pieces to be. It was super easy to use your site & I was also impressed that when I had a question while on the website, I called the customer service number and someone answered the phone. Right away! A real live person! I would be more than happy to order frames again & have told my friends about the quality & ease of my experience.
