Trixi, | frustrated... I am extremely frustrated that I ordered my canvas from you last Tuesday morning and was told it would arrive 3-4 days later. Little did I know that it wouldn\'t even be sent out until a week later. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you. You should hopefully get it by Friday.\" Not even an apology or better explanation. I was depending on you guys for a deadline. That is all thrown out the window.
KEENART: We shipped the artist canvas four days after we received the order, and the free shipping took 3 days, unfortunately for an important order like this the Customer didn\'t ask for rush services or express shipping, we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
